One of the most popular names from the house of DLF Brands, Pure Home & Living was facing a consumer perceptional challenge. Due to its visually evolved palette of products and opulent stores, the mall consumers were hesitating to walk-in considering PHL as a luxury brand, despite the fact that their products portfolio started as low as ₹ 99/- The project was, therefore, commissioned to provide retail design consultation and in-store branding solutions to improve consumer connect through effective retail communication design and visual merchandising strategies.

THE APPROACH
Our unique OLAAi approach played its magic in this project as well. Our teams held ideation sessions with the brand stakeholders, visited stores and interacted with floor staff to devise the strategy. The proposed solutions were simple yet significant. We proposed an enticing open entrance to make the stores look more welcoming, the fixture designs were lean, adaptive, modular, and aligned with retail store design and visual merchandising principles. Lastly, smart in-store branding and retail communication collaterals that convey product pricing effectively.
